The official Sportaza payment methods page is excluded from search engines and the actual list is only visible from the account cashier, because it changes depending on country and currency. We have therefore cross-checked the two most complete independent profiles, AskGamblers and Casino.guru, and the promotion rules published on the site.

Check the available methods directly at the time of the transaction

The lists below describe what the sources report at an international level. Before depositing, open the Cashier section of your account: it shows only the methods active for your country, with their minimums and maximums.

How the Sportaza cashier works

Deposits and withdrawals go through the same section of the account, called Cashier or Payments. The balance is single for betting and casino: a deposit can be used on both products, except when it is tied to a specific bonus. Deposits are normally credited in real time with cards, vouchers and e-wallets; with cryptocurrencies and bank transfers the credit depends on network confirmations or bank processing times.

The rule worth knowing even before choosing a method is the closed-loop rule, applied by almost all operators for anti-money-laundering reasons: where possible, withdrawals are sent to the same method used to deposit, and anyone who has used several methods may have to withdraw in proportion to each one. A voucher such as Paysafecard, which does not accept credits, forces you to choose a second method for withdrawing and to verify that you own it.

Casino.guru counts 29 methods in total, AskGamblers 18 for deposits and 17 for withdrawals; many are local methods from Canada, Latin America, Scandinavia or Asia. Neither source states any fees charged to the player.

Skrill and Neteller

They appear in the international lists, but for players in some countries they should not be considered available options: these wallets may not allow transactions to operators without a licence from a national regulator (check with the provider). They are also excluded from the casino welcome bonus according to Wizard of Odds.

Minimum and maximum deposit

Sportaza does not publish a single minimum deposit. The known values are:

  • €20 to obtain the casino welcome bonus (official website data) and for the weekly reload with free spins;
  • €5 in the week to access the casino cashback (Wizard of Odds);
  • 10 to 20 currency units depending on the method, with a stated maximum of 10,000 for some methods (SportsBoom, values in dollars).

For a user in euros the practical reference is €20: below this threshold you do not qualify for most promotions. The figure can vary and must be checked in the cashier at the time of the deposit.

Fees and hidden costs

The sources consulted do not report any fees applied by Sportaza on deposits or withdrawals. This does not mean the transaction is always free: costs can come from other places.

  • Currency conversion: if the account is in a currency different from that of the card or wallet, the card network applies an exchange rate with a margin.
  • E-wallets: MiFinity, Jeton and eZeeWallet have their own fees for top-ups, conversions and transfers to the bank.
  • Cryptocurrencies: every transfer pays a network fee, and the euro equivalent changes with the price of the coin.
  • Bank transfers: the bank may charge receiving costs, especially for international non-SEPA transfers.

How to choose the method

A simple rule: choose the method with the withdrawal in mind, not the deposit. The deposit almost always works; it is at withdrawal that checks, timings and costs emerge.

How to make a deposit on Sportaza

  1. Complete your profile

    Name, date of birth and address must match your documents and the holder of the payment method: an inconsistency blocks later withdrawals.

  2. Open the cashier and choose the method

    Check that the method is also available for withdrawal. If you use a voucher, choose now the method on which you will receive your winnings.

  3. Decide whether to activate a bonus

    The welcome bonus is valid only on the first deposit and must be chosen before confirming. Read the wagering requirement: with an active bonus the balance cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is completed.

  4. Enter the amount and confirm

    With cards, 3-D Secure authentication may be required from the bank's app. With cryptocurrencies, copy the exact address and network shown by the cashier.

  5. Check the credit

    Keep the receipt or the transaction ID. If the amount does not appear within the method's timeframe, contact support with these details.

Withdrawals: the summary

Withdrawals have their own rules and are the most critical point of Sportaza according to user reviews. The data from independent sources: a limit of €500 per day and €7,000 per month at the base level, internal review of 0 to 5 days, credit in 0–5 days on e-wallets and 1–5 days on cards and bank transfer, and no withdrawals processed at weekends. The full procedure, the limits by level and the reasons for delay are on the Sportaza withdrawals page.

Payment method checks

At the first withdrawal, and sometimes already after large deposits, Sportaza may ask you to prove ownership of the method used: a photo of the card with the middle digits covered, a screenshot of the e-wallet showing name and email address, a bank statement for the transfer. For significant amounts, documents on the source of funds, such as a payslip, may be requested. The full list and the mistakes that lengthen the check are in the KYC guide.
