Last check: 8 October 2026
We re-read the legal footer, the promotions page, the VIP page and the sports section of the official website and compared the data with AskGamblers, Casino.guru, Wizard of Odds and Trustpilot. Sportaza's contractual pages (terms, payments, FAQ) cannot be indexed: where a figure comes from third-party sources, we say so.
The verdict at a glance
Sportaza is a complete platform in terms of what it offers: an international sports line-up with live betting, horse racing, virtual sports and esports, a large casino, many recurring promotions and a coin-based missions system. Its limits lie elsewhere: an offshore licence with reduced protections, no licence from a national regulator, low withdrawal limits at the base levels, bonus terms that are published incompletely and a reputation among users marked by complaints about withdrawals.
In practical terms: it is a rich product for those who play small amounts and accept the rules of an offshore operator; it is not recommended for those looking for the safeguards of a nationally regulated market or who expect large winnings to be withdrawn quickly.
Scale used: Strength (better than what similar sites offer on average), Adequate (in line), Needs checking (incomplete or contradictory information), Critical (a concrete limit for the user). The criteria are described in the methodology. We do not assign an overall score out of one hundred: adding up such different areas into one number would hide precisely the limits that matter.
What Sportaza is and who runs it
Sportaza is a betting and casino site launched in 2021. As of 8 October 2026 the official footer names Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. (Costa Rica, registration 3-102-921894) as the operator and licence ALSI-202606064-FI2 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. In the past the brand was associated with Rabidi N.V. and a Curaçao licence: many reviews still online report these details as current, a sign that they have not been updated. The full profile of the brand, with the table of conflicting sources, is on the What is Sportaza page.
Sports betting
Rating: strength. The line-up covers football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football, baseball, table tennis, volleyball, golf, boxing, MMA and cricket, with separate sections for horse racing, virtual sports and esports.
The main features are those expected of a modern sportsbook: live betting, cash out on some of the bets, bet builder (with a 50% free bet promotion up to €50), boosted odds, an accumulator bonus of up to 100% on winnings, and two conditional promotions such as a refund of the stake in the event of a goalless draw ("Bore Draw") and early payout when a team goes two goals ahead. The rules of these promotions are not visible without access to an account.
What cannot be verified: the number of markets per event and the margin on the odds. SportsBoom speaks of more than 30,000 markets in total and judges the odds competitive on some sports and slightly below average on others; these are not official figures and they change every day. The correct way to assess odds is to compare the same market across several sites at the same moment, as we explain in the Sportaza Sports Betting guide.
Live betting and streaming
Live odds update in real time and the site mentions streaming of some events, warning that the picture may be delayed or interrupted. On this point the sources disagree (SportsBoom rules out streaming for traditional sports and confirms it for esports): treat it as a feature available on part of the line-up, not on all of it. Acceptance times, partial cash out and bet builder are covered in more depth in the guide to Sportaza Live Betting.
Casino and games
Rating: strength. The casino is divided into Casino, Live Casino and Jackpot and, according to AskGamblers, has more than 5,000 titles, with over 4,000 video slots and more than 200 table games. Providers include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Playson, Thunderkick and, for live games, Evolution. Casino.guru lists 72 of them; the difference between the two figures depends on the country from which the catalogue is viewed and on the counting method.
Two limits to be aware of. AskGamblers states that the RTP of the games is "not declared" in a centralised form and that the operator does not publish RNG tests: the RTP has to be read in the information screen of each game, which shows the value set by the provider. In addition, slots from some studios exist in several versions with different RTPs: checking the value before playing is the only way to know which version is active. Details in the guide to Sportaza Casino.
Bonuses and promotions
Rating: needs checking. The offer is broad, but the terms are published incompletely and, in one case, contradictorily.
- Casino bonus: 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins, minimum deposit €20, on the first deposit only. Wizard of Odds reports a 35x requirement (deposit + bonus) on slots, a maximum bet of €5 and spins credited at 20 spins a day for 10 days. On table games the stated contribution is 10%: replaying the bonus at roulette requires ten times more bets than on slots.
- Sports bonus: the banner of the English sports promotions page states 100% up to €100 and the text speaks of "100% on the first deposit up to 100". Minimum odds, rollover and expiry are not published. VIP-Grinders, which gives a maximum of €100, reports a first 1x rollover at odds of 1.50 followed by a 6x rollover within 30 days, and SportsBoom a 5x requirement with a minimum deposit of $30: the figures do not match and neither is confirmed by the operator.
- Critical terms: Casino.guru judges the terms "rather unfair" and flags three rules: bonus winnings must be withdrawn immediately after completing the requirement, otherwise later winnings may be limited; "bonus hunting" strategies may be treated as a violation; low-risk play may lead to winnings being confiscated.
The practical point: before accepting a bonus on Sportaza it is worth asking in the chat, and getting confirmed by email, the full terms. The Sportaza Bonuses page collects all the offers with the verified fields and the missing ones; the wagering guide shows how to calculate how much you need to bet.
Payments
Rating: adequate. Independent profiles cite Visa and Mastercard cards, Paysafecard, CashtoCode (deposit only), e-wallets such as MiFinity, Jeton and eZeeWallet, Rapid Transfer, bank transfer and a long list of cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, USD Coin, DAI and others. Casino.guru counts 29 methods in total, including PostePay.
Actual availability depends on the country of residence and the account currency, and the official payments page cannot be read without access. There is a further caution: some payment intermediaries may block transactions to operators without a licence from a national regulator, so not all the methods listed internationally actually work. Full analysis on the Payment methods page and in the guide to Cryptocurrencies on Sportaza.
Withdrawals
Rating: critical. This is the area with the biggest gap between the data in the independent profiles and the experiences reported by users.
| Daily limit | €500 (AskGamblers, Casino.guru) |
|---|---|
| Monthly limit | €7,000 at the base level; up to €20,000 depending on the level (Wizard of Odds) |
| Internal review | 0 to 5 days |
| Payout after approval | E-wallets 0–5 days; cards and bank transfer 1–5 days |
| Weekends | Withdrawals not stated as available at weekends (AskGamblers) |
| Fees | None stated |
What this means, with an example: a win of €20,000 at the base level, with a monthly limit of €7,000, has to be cashed out over at least three separate monthly periods, and each request goes through the internal review. Adding review and payout, the stated times range from a few hours to about 10 days per transaction, excluding weekends.
The most frequent complaints on Trustpilot concern precisely slowed or blocked withdrawals, unresponsive support and problems with the account and balance. We have no way of verifying individual cases, but the theme recurs consistently across the different platforms. How to request a withdrawal and how to reduce delays is explained on the Withdrawals and processing times page; what to do when a request is stuck is covered in the guide Withdrawal pending or rejected.
KYC verification
Rating: needs checking. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawing. The documents usually requested are a valid identity document, recent proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. AskGamblers does not devote a section to KYC, but among the user reviews there are references to a "very long verification process" and one specific complaint about KYC.
The recommendation is simple: complete the verification right after registering, before depositing large amounts or winning, so that the verification time is kept separate from the withdrawal time. The full procedure is in the Sportaza KYC guide.
Customer support
Rating: needs checking. The channels are 24/7 live chat, a contact form and email (support@sportaza.com); there is no telephone number. Casino.guru measured an average chat response time of about 2 minutes (test of January 2026) and rates the service as average; support is available in 17 languages. User reviews, however, describe slow replies when the problem concerns a withdrawal or a verification: in those cases the chat often redirects to the payments department or to the email inbox.
Practical advice: for any request involving money, also open a ticket by email and keep the chat transcripts. It helps to document times and replies if you later have to file a complaint.
Mobile
Rating: adequate. The site is responsive and, according to AskGamblers, offers an experience on a smartphone that is almost identical to the desktop one. No app appears in the official stores; the site can be added to the Home screen as a shortcut. The Mobile version and App pages explain the difference between the mobile site, the web app and third-party APKs, and why the latter should be avoided.
VIP programme
Rating: needs checking. Five levels, with increasing benefits: promotions and 24/7 chat for the first two, higher withdrawal limits, personalised offers and cashback from the third, a dedicated VIP manager at the fourth and fifth. The operator does not publish the requirements for moving up a level or the cashback percentages for each level; Wizard of Odds associates casino cashback with values of 5%, 10% and 15%. Analysis in VIP programme.
Safety and licence
Rating: critical. The operator is identifiable and the licence is declared with a number and validation seals, which sets Sportaza apart from anonymous sites. Casino.guru assigns a Safety Index of 7.2/10 ("above average") and does not find the brand on industry blacklists.
The limit is structural: Anjouan is a jurisdiction with less stringent requirements and controls than European authorities, and the official website we consulted does not state a licence from a national regulator. Players therefore remain without national self-exclusion and without the intervention of a national regulator in the event of a dispute, and may find the domain blocked in their country. An Anjouan licence does not replace a licence required by the law of the country where you play; check local rules before you play. The Is Sportaza Safe? page breaks the concept of safety down into protection of data, funds, play and the player; the Licence and operator page explains what an Anjouan licence does and does not guarantee.
User opinions: what the review platforms say
We report the data from the public platforms without selecting it. These are third-party opinions, not verified by us, and they should be read with a known limitation: people who have had a problem write more often.
| Platform | Rating | Basis | Consulted on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot (sportaza.com) | 2.3/5, "Poor" | 525 reviews: 57% one star, 32% five stars | 8 October 2026 |
| AskGamblers, user rating | 5.8/10 | 14 reviews | 5 October 2026 |
| AskGamblers, CasinoRank | 3.4/10 | Editorial rating; 22 complaints resolved out of 28 | 5 October 2026 |
| Casino.guru, Safety Index | 7.2/10, "above average" | Editorial rating based on terms, complaints and size | July 2026 |
| Casino.guru, user feedback | "very bad" | 46 reviews | July 2026 |
How to interpret these numbers. On Trustpilot the distribution is polarised: a third of ratings are the maximum and over half are the minimum, with few intermediate ones. The recurring themes of the negative ratings are withdrawals, verifications and support. The profile has been claimed by the operator since November 2022 and about 38% of negative reviews receive a reply. The editorial ratings (Safety Index, CasinoRank) measure something else: contract terms, the size of the operator, the handling of formal complaints. The fact that the Safety Index is "above average" while user feedback is negative is not a contradiction: it points to a structured operator with a customer service perceived as weak.
We do not publish testimonials or reviews written by us in the name of users. If you have had an experience with Sportaza and want to report a figure for us to check, use the contact page.
What has changed since 2024
Comparing the current data with that of the previous version of Sportaza.ltd (last updated in October 2024) helps to understand what is stable and what is not.
| Aspect | October 2024 (historical) | 8 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Operator | Rabidi N.V., Curaçao | Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., Costa Rica |
| Licence | Curaçao 8048/JAZ | Anjouan ALSI-202606064-FI2 |
| Sports welcome offer | 100% up to €100 | 100% up to €100 (banner), "up to 100" in the text |
| Casino welcome offer | 100% up to €500 + 200 spins | 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins |
| Cashback | 10% up to €500 | Sports 10% up to €500; casino up to 15%; live 25% |
| Minimum deposit | Stated inconsistently (€10 in one place, €20 for the bonus) | €20 for the casino bonus; minimums by method not published |
The main values of the welcome bonuses have stayed the same, while the operator and licence have changed. This is useful information for two reasons: it confirms that reviews frozen at 2024 may look correct on bonuses while being wrong on licence and protections, and it shows that the commercial offer was maintained even through the change of company.
The questions to ask support before your first deposit
Much of the decisive information is not published in an accessible form. Before depositing, ask in the chat and have it confirmed by email:
- what the daily and monthly withdrawal limits are for your account and how they increase with the VIP level;
- how long the review of a withdrawal lasts on average and whether withdrawals are processed at weekends;
- which documents are needed for verification and whether you can complete it before your first deposit;
- which payment methods are available for your country, both for depositing and for withdrawing;
- the full terms of the bonus you are interested in: requirement, basis of the requirement, expiry, maximum bet, excluded games, maximum convertible win;
- for the sports bonus: the actual maximum amount, rollover, minimum odds and excluded markets;
- which self-limitation tools are available (deposit limits, time-out, self-exclusion);
- whether residents of your country are admitted by the terms and conditions.
The written answers count as documentation in the event of a dispute and, on their own, say a lot about the quality of support.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Sportsbook and casino in the same account, with horse racing, virtual sports and esports
- Very extensive casino catalogue with leading providers
- Recurring promotions for sports, casino and live casino, including cashback
- Operator and licence declared with validation seals
- Numerous payment methods, including cryptocurrencies
Cons
- No national licence stated by the official website: the protections applicable in your country need to be checked
- Low withdrawal limits at the base level (€500 a day, €7,000 a month)
- Sports bonus terms not published and partly contradictory
- Terms with clauses judged unfair by Casino.guru
- Negative reputation on withdrawals on review platforms
- Limited responsible gambling tools: AskGamblers finds no deposit, loss or session limits
Who should look into Sportaza further
- Those who live in a country where the operator is authorised and are looking for a single account for sports and esports with a very broad casino;
- those who play small amounts, for whom the withdrawal limits are not a constraint;
- those who appreciate recurring promotions and mission mechanics, and are willing to read the terms before joining.
Who should avoid it
- Those who want to play within a nationally regulated system, with national self-exclusion and national-regulator protections;
- those who expect large winnings to be cashed out quickly;
- those who need self-limitation tools (deposit, loss and session limits) to stay in control;
- those who accept bonuses without reading the requirements: with a 35x on deposit plus bonus and restrictive rules on low-risk play, the bonus can become a constraint.
How we produced this review
We consulted the public pages of sportaza.com in their English version (legal footer, casino and sports promotions, VIP levels, sports section), first on 8 October 2026 and again on 25 October 2026 for the promotions, sports and VIP pages. Data not published by the operator in accessible pages (withdrawal limits, times, wagering requirements) comes from independent profiles updated between January and October 2026 (the source of each figure is stated next to it) and is indicated as third-party sources. User opinions are reported as they appear on the platforms, without filtering out the negative ones. When two sources conflict we say so and do not choose the more favourable figure. The weights and criteria are described on the methodology page.
This review is not based on deposits or withdrawals made by the editorial team. If we add direct tests in the future, we will state it with the date and amounts.
Frequently asked questions
Is Sportaza reliable?
From the information available, Sportaza is an identifiable operator, with a declared licence and a catalogue of well-known providers; Casino.guru assigns it a Safety Index of 7.2/10. The reliability perceived by users is lower: on Trustpilot the score is 2.3/5 with many complaints about withdrawals. The main weight falls on the fact that the official website does not state a licence from a national regulator.
What do users think of Sportaza?
Opinions are polarised. On Trustpilot 57% of reviews give one star and 32% five stars; on AskGamblers the user rating is 5.8/10. The criticisms concern withdrawals, verifications and support, the praise concerns the gaming offer.
What is Sportaza's weakest point?
Withdrawals: limits of €500 a day and €7,000 a month at the base level, an internal review of up to 5 days and numerous reports of delays. On top of this, there is the lack of the protections of a national regulator.
Does Sportaza pay out winnings?
The public platforms contain both positive ratings and reports of delays or blocks, which users often link to document verification or compliance with bonus terms. Meeting the requirements, completing KYC in advance and withdrawing with the same method used to deposit reduces the grounds for dispute, but does not eliminate the risk.
Why don't you give Sportaza a numerical score?
Because a single score would mix aspects that cannot be compared, such as the breadth of the catalogue and the absence of national-regulator protections. We prefer a judgement for each area, explained and linked to the data, in line with the criteria of our methodology.
