Privacy notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The site has no forms, does not ask you to register and does not use profiling tools.

The site has no registration or contact forms, does not host comments, does not sell data and does not carry out profiling for advertising purposes. We do not process gambling data: accounts, deposits and verification documents are handled exclusively by the operator Sportaza, in accordance with its own privacy notice.
Google Analytics 4
As of the date of this notice, the statistics tool is set up but may not be active. If activated, it is loaded only after you have accepted statistics in the consent banner; if you decline, no Google Analytics script is loaded. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, including the EU-US data protection framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the site's data from your browser: the banner will be shown again.
Links to external sites
The pages contain links to external sites, including the official Sportaza website and the sources cited. When you follow a link, the destination site processes your data according to its own notice: Sportaza.ltd does not control that processing. Some links to Sportaza may contain an affiliate identifier that allows the operator to attribute the registration to this site; the identifier does not contain personal data collected by Sportaza.ltd.
Recipients
The data may be processed by the site's hosting provider and by the email service provider, as data processors, and, if activated, by Google for the statistics service. It is not disclosed to anyone else except where required by law.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to redazione@sportaza.ltd. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority) (garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
The site deals with gambling for money prizes and is aimed at adults.

This notice is updated when the tools used by the site change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
