Sportaza is an online gambling brand launched in 2021 that combines a sportsbook and a casino in a single account. The official website is sportaza.com; as of 8 October 2026 its footer names Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. as the operator and a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) with number ALSI-202606064-FI2.
This profile describes the brand neutrally: who runs it, how the licence has evolved, which products it offers, and how the coin system and customer support work. Our assessments are in the full Sportaza review; the legal implications for people living in Italy are covered separately on the Sportaza in Italy page.

Who runs Sportaza today
The footer of every page of sportaza.com contains the operator's legal statement. At the date of our check it reports:
- Owner and operator: Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., a limited liability company registered under number 3-102-921894;
- Address: an office in the district of Mata Redonda, Sabana Oeste, in San José. The format of the number (3-102) is that of Costa Rican limited liability companies;
- Authorisation: licence ALSI-202606064-FI2 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, one of the islands of the Union of the Comoros, in the Indian Ocean;
- Seals: one badge from the Anjouan Gaming Board and one from the Tobique Gaming Commission (Canada), both linked to external validation pages that show the domain sportaza.com.
The official footer adds that the site "has passed all regulatory compliance checks". This is a statement by the operator, relating to its own licence: it does not concern the rules of the individual countries in which the site can be reached. The practical meaning of an Anjouan licence is explained on the Licence and operator page.
Why you find different operator names online
Anyone looking for information on Sportaza comes across at least three different companies named as the operator. This is not a minor detail: confusing the current operator with the historical one leads to wrong conclusions about the licence and the protections. Here is what the sources consulted report.
| Source | Company named | Licence named | Source updated |
|---|---|---|---|
| sportaza.com footer | Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. | Anjouan ALSI-202606064-FI2 | Read on 8 October 2026 |
| AskGamblers | Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. | Tobique Gaming Commission | 5 October 2026 |
| Casino.guru | Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. | Anjouan and Tobique (no. 0000067) | July 2026 |
| VIP-Grinders (Italian-language page) | NovaForge LTD | Anjouan, no number | January 2026 |
| SportsBoom | Rabidi N.V. | not stated | March 2026 |
| Previous version of sportaza.ltd | Rabidi N.V. | Curaçao 8048/JAZ | 28 October 2024 |
How to read the table. The primary data point is the footer of the official website, and for the company named it matches the two most recent independent review pages. Rabidi N.V. with the Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ is the brand's historical reference, also reported by the previous version of this site. The name NovaForge LTD appears in only one source and is not backed up by either the official website or the other review pages: we flag it as unconfirmed information. With the public sources available, it is not possible to date the switch from one operator to the other precisely; our news item on the licence change reports what can be documented.
Why it matters
A review that still names Curaçao and Rabidi N.V. is out of date compared with the current footer: most likely the bonuses, limits and payment methods reported on that page are out of date too. It is a quick criterion for judging how reliable the sources you read are.
What the platform offers
The main menu of sportaza.com, in the English version, is organised into these areas: Casino, Live Casino, Jackpots, Sports, Live Betting, Horse Racing, Virtual Sports, Challenges, Collections, Cup, Tournaments, Shop and VIP Levels, plus the Promotions page. Everything is accessible with a single account and a single balance.
Sports betting
The range of events covers the main international sports (football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football, baseball, table tennis) and minor disciplines such as golf, boxing, MMA, volleyball and cricket. The declared features are live betting with real-time odds, cash out on some bets, bet builder, boosted odds and streaming of some events. Full details are in the Sportaza Sports Betting guide.
Horse racing, virtuals and esports
Horse racing has a separate section, with references to British races such as Cheltenham and Ascot and a dedicated reload promotion (50% up to €50). Virtual sports are events simulated by software, with the result determined by a random number generator. Esports include League of Legends, Dota 2, Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, Overwatch and PUBG.
Casino and live casino
The casino brings together slots, table games, jackpots and an area with live dealers. AskGamblers speaks of over 5,000 games and over 150 providers; Casino.guru lists 72. The difference depends on the counting method and on the country from which the catalogue is viewed, which can vary because of the licensing of individual studios. More detail is in the guide to the Sportaza Casino.
The coin system: challenges, collections, tournaments and shop
A feature that sets Sportaza apart from many similar sites is its "mission-based" component. Players accumulate coins by completing objectives and spend them in an internal shop. The items visible on the site at the time of our check are:
- Challenges: gameplay objectives that award coins (the promotions page mentions challenges with prizes of up to 15,000 coins);
- Collections (Collezioni): series of objectives to complete in order to earn a final prize, presented with amounts of up to €15,000;
- Cup (Coppa): a coin-based football competition with a stated prize pool of €5,000;
- Tournaments (Tornei): timed leaderboards linked to casino games, with a declared total prize pool of €6,000,000 spread across several tournaments;
- Shop (Negozio): exchange of coins for free spins or bonuses, with prizes stated at up to €10,000.
Two practical warnings. First: the prize pool amounts are theoretical maximums spread across many participants, not expected winnings. Second: bonuses bought in the shop have their own rules. According to Wizard of Odds, purchased spins must be activated and played within 7 days, and shop bonuses have 10 days to meet the wagering requirement. Anyone who does not play regularly risks losing what they have bought.
Mechanics that push you to play more
Missions, collections and leaderboards are designed to increase how often you play. If you notice that you are playing to complete a collection or to avoid losing a leaderboard position, it is time to stop and review your limits: you will find useful tools and numbers on the responsible gambling page.
Guide to the sections of the official website
For anyone opening sportaza.com for the first time, the menu can look crowded. This table explains what each item is for and where to find the in-depth coverage on Sportaza.ltd.
| Item | What it contains | Further reading |
|---|---|---|
| Promotions | Welcome bonuses, reloads, cashback, sports promotions | Bonuses |
| Casino | Slots, table games and other digital games | Casino |
| Live Casino | Streamed tables with real dealers | Casino |
| Jackpots | Games with progressive or fixed prize pools | Casino |
| Sports | Pre-match bets on the international range of events | Sports betting |
| Live Betting | Ongoing events, real-time odds, cash out | Live betting |
| Horse Racing | Horse races, mainly British and international | Sports betting |
| Virtual Sports | Simulated events with a random result | Sports betting |
| Challenges, Collections, Cup | Missions that award coins | This page |
| Tournaments | Timed leaderboards with prize pools | Casino |
| Shop | Exchange of coins for spins and bonuses | VIP |
| VIP Levels | Five-level loyalty programme | VIP |
Bonuses and VIP programme: the essentials
Sportaza offers two alternative welcome bonuses (casino: 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins; sports: 100% up to €100 according to the banner) and a series of recurring promotions: weekly reloads, weekend bonuses, cashback on casino, live casino and sports, free bets on the bet builder, accumulator bonuses and boosted odds. The VIP programme has 5 levels, with concrete benefits (cashback, higher withdrawal limits, a VIP manager) only from the third level upwards.
The full conditions, with the points that other reviews do not report (such as the inconsistency between the banner and the text of the sports bonus), are on the Sportaza Bonuses page; the loyalty programme is analysed in the VIP programme page.
Account, currencies and identity verification
As on other gambling sites, registration asks for personal details, address, email, phone number, account currency and password; the exact form can only be seen by starting the procedure. The account is single for all products. The limit tables published by Casino.guru show amounts in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, NOK, PLN, CZK and HUF; for an Italian user the natural currency is the euro, to be chosen carefully because it generally cannot be changed after the account is opened.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals: an identity document, proof of residence and proof of ownership of the payment method are the standard requests. The procedure and the mistakes to avoid are described in the Sportaza KYC guide; registration step by step is on the Registration page.
Customer support: channels and perceived quality
| Channel | Details | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Accessible from the "Chat" button on the site; stated as available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week | Official website (VIP page), AskGamblers, Casino.guru |
| support@sportaza.com | Operator's public replies on Trustpilot | |
| Contact form | "Contact us" page of the site | Official website |
| Support languages | 17 languages, including Italian | Casino.guru |
| Phone | No number stated on the site at the time of our check | Official website |
On the quality of support, the sources diverge. Casino.guru rated the chat "average", with a response time of about 2 minutes in a test in January 2026. On Trustpilot, by contrast, the sportaza.com profile has a score of 2.3/5 from 525 reviews, with 57% of ratings at one star: the recurring themes are slowed or blocked withdrawals, slow replies and balance problems. The operator replies to some of the negative reviews by directing users to the support email.
Reviews on open platforms are not a statistical sample (those who write are mostly people who had a problem), but the concentration on one specific theme, withdrawals, is a signal that anyone assessing Sportaza should know about. We look at it in more depth in the review and in the guide on what to do if a withdrawal stays pending.
Technology and site access
Sportaza is a web application that requires JavaScript to be enabled and uses Google reCAPTCHA as protection against automated access. The site is responsive and works from the browser of iOS and Android smartphones; the page metadata enables "web app" mode (adding to the Home screen), but there is no app to install from the official stores. The differences between the mobile site, the web app and APK files are explained on the App and Mobile version pages.
A useful detail: the robots.txt file of sportaza.com excludes from search engine crawling the terms and conditions, the payments page, the FAQ, the help centre, contacts, responsible gambling and the information page about the operator. This is why a lot of contractual information does not appear in Google results and has to be read directly on the site, preferably as a registered user and before the first deposit.
Restricted countries
Sportaza does not publish a list of excluded countries on an indexable page. AskGamblers reports, specifying that the list is not complete, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Malta, the Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States; Wizard of Odds notes the exclusion of the state of Ohio. Italy does not appear in these partial lists, but the existence of an Italian version does not mean that the operator is authorised to offer gambling to residents of Italy. This is the subject of the Sportaza in Italy page.
Sportaza compared with an operator holding an ADM concession
| Aspect | Sportaza (Anjouan licence) | Operator with an ADM concession |
|---|---|---|
| Authorisation to accept gambling in Italy | Not stated by the official website; check with ADM | Yes, on domains registered with ADM |
| National self-exclusion (RUA, the Italian national self-exclusion register) | Not connected | Mandatory and valid across all licensed operators |
| Taxation of winnings | Miscellaneous income to be declared (Art. 67 TUIR, the Italian consolidated income tax act) | Tax already paid at source |
| Complaints | To the operator and the Anjouan authority | To the licensed operator and ADM |
| Bonus limits and advertising | Operator's own rules | Italian rules, with an advertising ban |
| Products and cryptocurrencies | International catalogue, crypto payments | ADM-certified catalogue, no cryptocurrencies |
The table is not a value judgement on the catalogue, but a description of the protections available. For anyone living in Italy it is the deciding factor, more than any bonus.
Frequently asked questions

According to the footer of the official website, checked on 8 October 2026, Sportaza is owned and operated by Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., a company registered under number 3-102-921894 and based in San José, Costa Rica.
Is Sportaza still run by Rabidi N.V.?
No, according to the official website. Rabidi N.V. with the Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ is the brand's historical reference, still cited by out-of-date reviews. Today the footer names Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. and an Anjouan licence.
Since when has Sportaza existed?
The independent review pages (AskGamblers, Casino.guru) give 2021 as the year of launch. The first pages of the previous version of Sportaza.ltd date from June 2021, which is consistent with this.
How do I contact Sportaza support?
Through the live chat accessible from the site, stated as available 24/7, through the form on the contact page, or by email at support@sportaza.com. No phone number is listed. For a complaint it is better to use email, so that a written record remains.

No official app in the stores has been found. The site is optimised for smartphones and can be added to the Home screen as a shortcut. APK files distributed by third-party sites cannot be traced back to the operator.
What are Sportaza coins?
They are loyalty points earned by completing challenges, collections and competitions such as the Cup. They are spent in the internal Shop to obtain free spins or bonuses, which in turn have expiry dates and wagering requirements.
