What we checked
- The English sports page of the official website says that Sportaza "offers downloadable online betting apps" for iOS and Android and describes a mobile site, but contains no link to app stores or installation files.
- AskGamblers explicitly states "no app" and use of the browser; Casino.guru shows only screenshots of the mobile site.
- The site's metadata enables "web app" mode, that is, adding it to the Home screen as a shortcut.
Native app, web app, PWA and APK: the differences
| Type | What it is | For Sportaza |
|---|---|---|
| Native iOS app | An application downloaded from the App Store, developed for iPhone and iPad | None found |
| Native Android app | An application downloaded from Google Play or installed from an APK file | None found, either on Google Play or as an official APK |
| Mobile site | The normal website, adapted to the smartphone screen | Available, with the same catalogue as the desktop |
| Web app | The website added to the Home screen, opening full screen like an app | Possible: the site's metadata enables it |
| PWA (progressive web app) | An installable web app with extra features such as notifications and offline use | No full PWA features are declared |
For the user the practical difference is small: a shortcut on the Home screen offers almost the same convenience as an app, without installing anything and without granting permissions to the phone.
Why not to download "Sportaza" APKs from third-party sites
Searching for "Sportaza app" turns up pages offering APK files to install on Android. They cannot be traced to the operator, which does not publish any installation file. Installing an APK of unknown origin carries real risks:
- Credential theft: an app that imitates the login screen can record the email and password of your gambling account.
- Access to phone data: APKs can request permissions for SMS, contacts and notifications, which are useful for intercepting bank verification codes.
- Uncontrolled updates: a file installed outside the stores does not receive the security checks of Google Play.
- No support: the operator is not responsible for problems caused by software that is not its own.
If you have already installed an APK of this kind, uninstall it, change the password of your Sportaza account (and of any other services that use the same one) and check the transactions on your payment method.
How to create the Home screen shortcut
On iPhone (Safari)
- Open sportaza.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow pointing up).
- Choose "Add to Home Screen" and confirm the name.
On Android (Chrome)
- Open sportaza.com in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
- Choose "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app", if offered) and confirm.
The icon that appears opens the official website directly. It does not need updating: every time you open it you load the current version of the site.
How it differs from a real app
- Notifications: Sportaza does not declare push notifications for the mobile site; communications arrive by email.
- Login: the session depends on browser cookies; if you clear your browsing data you need to log in again.
- Performance: on recent phones the difference is minimal; on older devices, live games and pages with many odds can be slower.
The browser experience is described on the Mobile version page.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a Sportaza app for Android?
As of 8 October 2026 there is no sign of an official app on Google Play, nor of an APK published by the operator. The website is used from the browser, optionally added to the Home screen.
Is there a Sportaza app for iPhone?
None is found on the App Store. From Safari you can add the website to the Home screen with the Share button, giving you an icon that opens the site full screen.
Is the Sportaza APK I found online safe?
It cannot be traced to the operator, which does not publish installation files. An APK of unknown origin can steal credentials or intercept codes: it is best not to install it.
Without an app, can I bet live from a smartphone?
Yes, from the browser: live betting, cash out and the casino are available just as on a computer. A stable connection is needed, because live odds change quickly.
