Sportaza.ltd is an independent editorial site: it has no login form and never asks for credentials. To access your account, type the official address sportaza.com in the browser bar. If a different site asks you for your Sportaza username and password, close it.
Where to find the login
The "Log in" button is visible at the top of every page of sportaza.com, next to "Register", in both the desktop and mobile versions. The credentials are the email address (or the username you chose, if applicable) and the password set at registration. The site requires JavaScript to be enabled and uses Google reCAPTCHA: with JavaScript disabled, only the message "Please enable JavaScript" appears.
The account is single: the same login works for betting, casino and promotions, from any device.

Enter your registration email
The message with the reset link arrives at the address linked to the account. If you cannot find it, check spam and promotions.
Set a new password
Choose one that is long and different from those used elsewhere. The reset link is valid for a limited time: if it expires, repeat the request.
If the email is no longer accessible
Contact support in the chat or at support@sportaza.com: you will be asked to prove your identity, usually with a document, before the address is changed.
Account verification and login
An unverified account usually lets you log in, deposit and play, but not withdraw. In some cases, for example after a large deposit or a change of details, the operator may restrict the account until the requested documents are uploaded. The message appears after login or arrives by email: in these cases the only solution is to complete the verification, because support cannot unlock the account without documents.
Login from a smartphone
There is no official app in the stores: login from a smartphone is done from the browser (Safari, Chrome or others), with the same credentials as on the computer. You can add the site to your Home screen to open it like an app; the browser can remember the password if you allow it, but on a shared device it is better to avoid this. Protecting your login
- Always type the official domain or use a bookmark: sites with similar names may be phishing attempts.
- Do not share passwords or verification codes in chat, by phone or by email: support does not need them.
- Enable two-factor authentication if it is available in the security settings.
- Log out on shared devices and do not save the password in the browser of a computer that is not yours.
- If you notice logins or transactions you do not recognise, change the password immediately and write to support.
