Sportaza states a new operator and an Anjouan licence

The official Sportaza website states that it is "owned and operated by Rocketship Ventures S.R.L.", a company registered under number 3-102-921894 and based in San José, Costa Rica, and that it is "licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros" under licence ALSI-202606064-FI2. The footer shows the validation seal of the Anjouan Gaming Board and a second seal from the Tobique Gaming Commission (Canada).

What the earlier sources reported

Until October 2024 the previous version of this site named Rabidi N.V., based in Willemstad (Curaçao), as the operator, with the Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ. The same details still appear in online reviews updated in 2026: SportsBoom, in a March 2026 profile, still cites Rabidi N.V. A VIP-Grinders page updated in January 2026 instead names a company called NovaForge LTD with an Anjouan licence, a name that finds no confirmation on the official website or in the other sources consulted.

The most recent profiles on Casino.guru (July 2026) and AskGamblers (October 2026) report Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., in line with the official website.

A note on the legal documents

The official footer currently consulted names Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. and the Anjouan licence ALSI-202606064-FI2. However, some versions of the legal documents and some international pages of the service may carry different regulatory references. When discrepancies of this kind emerge, this guide does not arbitrarily choose which data is correct: it flags them, gives the date of verification and invites readers to check the current version of the official documents before attributing a specific licence or condition to Sportaza.

Since when?

It is not possible to establish this precisely. Public sources do not report a changeover date and the operator has not published any communication on the subject. Two elements help to place it in time: the reform of Curaçao licences, which came into force at the end of 2024, did away with the sub-licence system to which number 8048/JAZ belonged; and the current licence number contains the sequence "202606", consistent with an issue or renewal in June 2026. The second element is our own interpretation, not a confirmed fact.

What changes for users

• Contractual counterparty: the gaming contract (terms and conditions) is with Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. Complaints and requests concerning personal data should be addressed to this company.
• Reference authority: for complaints that are not resolved with the operator, the authority is that of Anjouan, no longer that of Curaçao.
• For those living in Italy: nothing changes in substance. Neither the Curaçao licence nor the Anjouan one is a licence from the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM, the Italian customs and monopolies agency), and both are non-EU licences: winnings remain miscellaneous income to be declared. • Reliability of reviews: a page that still cites Curaçao and Rabidi N.V. is most likely out of date on bonuses, limits and payments too.

How we updated the site

We moved the Curaçao data to the historical section of the page licence and corrected an error in the previous version of Sportaza.ltd, which described the Curaçao licence as "European". All pages read operator and licence from a single data archive, so that any future change is reflected everywhere at the same moment.
